New function for an old factory hall
A fire prompted the decision to transform an old factory building from the 1950s on the premises of Jura Elektroapparate AG into a modern service factory. Here customers can take their defective coffee machine directly to the manufacturer for repair. Customers are received in the lounge-like reception area, and the defective machines are analyzed at diagnostic counters. This corporate transparency found an interior design equivalent by removing all disruptive partitions and giving customers a view of the service stations.
